How to download and install Drime on macOS

If you want to use Drime on your Mac, follow this simple guide to download and install the app in just a few steps. 1. Go to the download page Head over to the official Drime download page by clicking the following link: Download Drime. 2. Choose the macOS version On the download page, select the "macOS" option. This will download the installer file in .dmg format. 3. Open the installer Once the file is downloaded: - Go to your "Downloads" folder. - Double-click the .dmg file to launch the installation assistant. 4. Install the application A window will appear showing the Drime icon and the "Applications" folder. - Drag the Drime icon into the "Applications" folder. - This will copy the Drime app to your Applications directory. 5. Launch Drime - Go to your "Applications" folder. - Double-click the Drime icon to launch the app. - If you see a warning that the app is from an unidentified developer: - Click "Open", or - Go to "System Preferences" > "Security & Privacy" to allow the app. 6. Sign in to your account The first time you open Drime, a login window will appear. Enter your Drime credentials to access your files. 7. Access your files Once Drime is installed and running, a folder named "Drime" will be automatically created in your Finder. All your synced files from Drime will appear in this folder. ⚠️ Important – File Synchronization Currently, we strongly recommend the following: - Click the gear icon at the top right of the Drime app to open Settings. - Sync an empty or lightly-filled workspace to avoid large file downloads. Note: In the current version, your Drime files will be downloaded to your Mac, but they won't be stored in the cloud. An update is currently in development to enable this feature. At this stage, the Drime app is ideal for quickly syncing files between devices and your online Drime storage. Troubleshooting If the app doesn't launch properly, make sure your macOS version is supported. For any other issues, contact our support team through the Drime website.

How to Download and Install Drime on Windows

If you want to use Drime on your Windows PC, follow this simple guide to download and install the app in just a few steps. 1. Go to the download page Head over to the official Drime download page by clicking the following link: Download Drime. 2. Choose the Windows version On the download page, select the "Windows" option. This will download the installer file in .exe format. 3. Open the installer Once the file is downloaded: - Go to your "Downloads" folder. - Double-click the .exe file to start the installation. - If you see a “Windows protected your PC” alert, click "More info", then "Run anyway". 4. Install the application - An installation window will appear. - Click "Install" and wait for the installation to complete. - Once finished, click "Finish". 5. Launch Drime - Search for "Drime" in your Start menu or navigate to the folder where it was installed. - Double-click the Drime icon to launch the app. 6. Sign in to your account The first time you open Drime, a login window will appear. Enter your Drime credentials to access your files. 7. Access your files Once Drime is installed and running, a folder named "Drime" will be automatically created in your File Explorer. All your synced Drime files will appear in this folder. ⚠️ Important – File Synchronization At this time, we highly recommend the following steps: - Click the gear icon at the top right of the Drime app to open Settings. - Sync an empty or lightly-filled workspace to avoid downloading heavy files. Note: In the current version, your Drime files will be downloaded to your PC, but they will not be stored only in the cloud. An update is in development to enable true cloud-only storage. For now, the Drime app is ideal for quickly syncing files across multiple devices and your online Drime storage.
